Traditional Internet Based Ordering: Is It Really a Benefit?
“Identity Theft” is an enormous concern in our industry. Although internet web browser solutions are convenient, they are dangerous for a breech of security of your personnel data. The organizations claiming the internet is completely safe for your ID and financial information becomes prime news items along with their clients. We believe the safest approach is to not the data out there accessible by HTTP, HTTPS or FTP. Since we are full service, you don't need to take on the responsiblity of order entry; We do. The companies providing the information on the web are effectively allowing a "door" to your most valuable information and any pc and web browser on the internet can "knock" day and night until they get in. We don't allow the door to be available anyone which doesn't already have authorized access.
Data Security
Cleves Research utilizes a 256-bit encryption technology with an IBM Domino solution to ensure your employee and applicant data is safe. This same technology is used for highly senstive government data. This level of security utilizes physical “ID” files with an encryption key, certificate, and password. There is an “authentication” process that occurs before the user is able to access the server and its files. Presently your employee order and result data may be on a vendor-controlled web server and the only security is a User ID name and password or simply the firewall used.

Sharon Sutila, Managing Director
Sharon Sutila acquired a Bachelor of Engineering Technology from the University of South Florida in 1992 and became a Business Process Reengineering Consultant implementing strategic changed initiatives in Integrated Product Development, Release for Announcement, and Client Relationship Management (in Configuration and Sales Force Automation.) Specific areas of specialty are transformation management, deployment, communication, and end-user relationship management. Armed with this experience, Ms. Sutila built the CLUSO® internal background check processing engine implementing a quality control report handling standard. It has also led to an implementation of a more secure alternative report management solution than web based competitor tools (utilizing role based security and additional security features not widely used in industry.)
Amy Beebe, USA Director of Operations
Graduated from Immaculata College with a Bachelors of Science in Clinical Dietetics in 1988. After working with Marriot Corporation as a Food Service Director until 1997, she became the IBM Contracts Manager for CGI (later ARC.) As Contracts Manager, Ms. Beebe ensured all compliance aspects of the IBM Master Subcontractor Agreement were met including the Background Check requirements. In developing the Vendor Management program, Ms. Beebe, had oversight of candidate investigation processing by all subtier IBM Vendors at CGI/ARC. She is now the U.S. Director of Operations and ensures all operational aspects of report processing at Cleves Research LLC is the highest quality available in the Industry.

Prabir Kumar, India Director of Business Development
Prabir Kumar received a Bachelor of Engineering Technology from NIIT. Mr. Kumar co-founded Cluso Infolink with Ms. Sutila to build a highly reliable India background screening report utilizing the CLUSO® report processing engine. Mr. Kumar is responsible for new business development, establishing government data access, and is the overall Business Manager of Cluso Infolink Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Kumar ensures a reliable result from India.
