We simplify ordering using “codes” so that your staff does not expend energy and time in transcribing contract requirements with every order. Instead, your staff may refer only to a “code” that defines a set of searches such as “XYZ”. The code translates to specific ordering searches and handling requirements providing an easy way for your company to standard based on end-client contract or hiring position. The code is placed on the candidate signed release and sent into us. We handle the rest. This means no more missing searches when an end-client contract audit comes around.
No Order Entry For You Or Your Staff
We believe your time is valuable and don't want you or your staff spending time entering orders into our system. Instead, save that time, and let us handle this tedious task. Since we do front-end checks for spelling errors and search locations, you can rest assured we will have a correct final report without having to do all the work. If we have a flag or question on the entry, we let you know.
Identity Matching and A Cross-Check of Provided Information
When a candidate fills out a release there is a chance incorrect information will be provided. We perform a cross-check to ensure the candidate is telling the truth about their identifying information and not trying to omit locations where criminal records are filed. Criminal records are stored by legal name and Data of Birth; therefore, if the candidate misspells their name and it is not caught, a return of Clear of that search will occur when this person may have an actual case.
Automatic Error Correction
Our competitors do not cross-check provided information and rely on you to provide the correct candidate spelling. This means if a name is misspelled you wait for a report to be completed and it will Clear. You will either recognize the error and have to do the report over again with a duplicate charge and additional wait time, or you will not notice causing an ongoing a risk to your company. If the candidate intentionally gave incorrect information, there is likely a criminal case they do not want you to know about. We perform automatic error correction and flagging before the searches are performed circumventing the wait and providing a higher percentage of error-free final report with every order.
Final Report Quality Check Before Release
After the report is complete, we have a quality control Manager check and release the final report. This ensure proper reporting and potentially catches any possible errors before sending the report to your organization. If we find an error, we automatically make corrections saving your company the time and cost. Also our reports are always reported at final and not one search at a time. If you receive results one search at a time and there is a case, the search with the case will be delayed sometimes by several days. If there is a delay of one search you may mistakenly believe the candidate searches are clear and finished and after hire get a notice of a delayed case from a pending search. This does not happen when you utilize our service.
Quick and Easy Dispute Resolution For Your Candidates
Sometimes errors occur especially when common names are involved. Part of our final report review is to determine if enough identifiers were gathered before reporting case detail on a candidate; however, even then mistakes by manual researchers, manual transcribing, problems with source information at source courts, etc. may cause a mistake on a report. We advise our clients to give a copy of our report to the candidate along with pre-adverse action letter. If the candidate disputes information on the report, they can email us at sales@cluso.com and quickly get service for resolution. We quickly check into the dispute and send our client and the candidate a copy of the final report. Quick dispute resolution means you can make final decisions quickly without waiting weeks for final reports.
