State Source, State Level Criminal Search available for all 50 states except: Alaska*, California, America Samoa, Arizona*,, Delaware, Iowa, Idaho*, Louisiana, Maine*, Mississippi*, Nebraska*, New Hampshire, Nevada*, Rhode Island, Utah*, Vermont, West Virginia, Wyoming. The State Level Searches for all other states are available through each state, using state records as a source for the most up-to-date availability. The * denotes those states that we can search collected data for the State Level criminal records even though the state does not provide the information as a source. These results are records stated with a current “as of” date when reported in the results.

County Criminal (Felony & Misdemeanor) available in all 50 states, all courthouses. We send runners to request the current search at the courthouse unless we have a real-time connection to that county courthouse, in which case we use the real-time connection. Note: if deferred adjudication is listed in the court record, it will be separate of the returned result. This is the most reliable method of search for the current record.

Federal District Searches available for all 50 states, all US Courts.
