We take the time to make sure the information provided to us makes sense from the candidate provided information to the verifier results. Any areas of concern are flagged.
- Our police reports include exact police location, police officer signature and station certification stamp. Whether you purchase a police certificate document or undocumented clearance, we provide audit retracing showing staff initials, timestamp of request and return, and officer given the request (in case different from the office signing the request.) Because the police certificate has limitations of jurisdiction and people are more mobile than ever before, we recommend overlapping court criminal searches for further diligence.
- Identity of a candidate is as important in India as the USA. Without an identity search with a cross-check against provided information, the whole report may be performed in error. We have the standard practice of cross-checking India identities using PAN and/or Passport searches to ensure the name spelling is proper. We also receive detail from the India Tax Dept. giving us location when registered for the PAN card. This tells us about an additional jurisdiction which may be needed for criminal searches.
