Account Setup and Handling Codes
We work with you to create ordering codes for your account. These codes will be based on your contracts and internal hiring position requirements. The codes are programmed for years of history to search, type of searches to run, and how to handle the report processing. This means you can dictate to not allow additional costs without approval or require further research automatically when applicable.
Here are a few examples:
“7YR-INTL”: Felony searches available in the International country the candidate lived or worked. 7 Year history searched. Also include Global Watch lists searched.
“NATCRIM”: Perform a National Criminal Search. If cases are found, perform applicable county research to ensure only current FCRA compliant information is reported.
“CNTY+DRUG”: Perform current county level felony and misdemeanor search and initiate a paperless drug screen registration.
Flexibility
Your customized account is built for maximum flexibility to meet the unique needs of your business. Utilize our customize service to break down your types of ordering by end-client contract or hiring position. When you customize by position you are able to standardize by position reducing costs by only performing the necessary searches based on risk by position. Our clients do not need to order all research the same way out to simply ordering and instead order groupings based on codes lowering overall costs and targeting more thorough searches for high risk positions such as accounting or management.
Standardization
Our ordering codes allow you to easily standardize the reports you receive by position. Discrepancies in what you order can affect perceived equal opportunity therefore you must be careful to break down your ordering in a standardized fashion by position within your organization.
